I'm no magician, but I do make magic happen sometimes. âI love budgeting because it allows me to turn numbers into experiences. Seeing a budget come to life, knowing it's the backbone of a magical event, that's what keeps me going. I also enjoy collaborating with other team members and stakeholders, and making informed financial decisions that balance their needs with financial constraints. Every event undergoes financial goal-setting, laying out the landscape of expected profits, losses, or break-even scenarios.
For example, for a music festival that IÂ organized in previous years, IÂ set a breakeven to 50% profit margin as my goal, and although we only broke even for my first event ever, this was still a success in my eyes, as I had strategically captured the performance for later content marketing and advertising of the festival brand that we had begun.

IÂ have a solid understanding of financial statements and annual reports, analyzing a number of companies and dissecting their health through balance sheets, income statements, and statement of cash flows. These three pieces of paper, along with financial ratios obtained with the information within gives me tremendous insight to the inner workings of any company.
Having been on the board of a number of companies in the past and still to this date, I am able to conduct a thorough analysis of companies, but entertainment companies in particular, from a shareholder's standpoint as well as other interested parties.
Having a startup of my own and helping others develop their brands, I am extremely knowledgeable on startup costs and expenses as each event has a chance to perpetual occurrence and continue to grow for months or even years to come. In particular, my expertise can be found in the development of financial decision-making skills in those around me, financial planning, capital management, operations expense management and personal finance.
